1. 1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Or, the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened or used unless it's proven to be faulty.

2. 2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue:
- Email info@zusisi.com with your order number and a brief explanation
- Include clear photos if the product is damaged or faulty

Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 working days.

3. 3. Returns Address

Once your return is approved, you’ll be given a returns address.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

4. 4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. 6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us right away at info@zusisi.com.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund once verified.
